What to expect as a new guest at Rendezvous!


We require a consultation for all new client color services:

Our consultations are always free of charge and will help us determine the length of time, pricing, and the desired result of your service. As soon as your consultation is complete, we can get you scheduled in at a later time. In order to reserve your appointment, we do require a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 depending on the length of your service. This is applied to your future color appointment with us at Rendezvous. In the unfortunate event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to any future appointments. All cancellations or moved appointments must occur at least 48 hours in advance for your deposit to be transferred. Our reminder texts go out 48 hours in advance to give our guests the opportunity to reschedule any appointments. Due to a high volume of no call no shows, we deemed this to be very necessary. This policy will be strictly enforced. 


Cancelation/ no show policy:

We get it, things happen. Sometimes canceling an appointment has to happen due to life circumstances. We’re totally sad that you couldn’t make it in. All cancelations 48 hours in advance are no big deal, we are happy to get you rescheduled at a later date. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of your total service cost because we can’t guarantee that we can fill that spot with someone else. We’ve gotta take care of our team too! We depend on you to show up! No shows will be billed the entirety of their scheduled service cost. Our providers depend on you to show up to provide for their family. This is how we earn our living and we take it very seriously. Please respect our time as much as we respect yours! We set aside our time to dedicate our energy to you, please be respectful of that time!


Running late?:

Please give us a call! We set aside the perfect amount of time to be able to achieve your desired result, and if we get started late, that means that we will run late for the rest of our guests. Please give us a heads up and let us know, so that we may let you know if we need to change your services for the day or get you rescheduled, our late cancellation policy will also be enforced for any late appointments that need to be rescheduled! Please leave early and be courteous to your stylist and other guests!


Kids:

Have kids? We do too! We love them! All minor children must be supervised at all times when you are in the salon. If you have a lengthy service, please leave your kiddo at home! We aren't able to keep an eye on your child while we are working, and it is difficult for parents to keep an eye on them as well while they are receiving a service. As much as we love kids, we are concerned about their safety! Unless they are receiving a service, we request that your child stays home. We work with lots of chemicals and hot/sharp tools that could be potentially dangerous to little ones and a liability for us! Note: We do not offer children's pricing. Price will be based on the length of their hair just like adults. 


Haircut and Color Adjustments:

If you are not completely thrilled with your cut/color, please call us within 7 days of your original service and we will make it perfect for you! Our 7 day guarantee does NOT cover color corrections. Due to the sensitive nature of corrective color and fantasy color services, results may vary greatly. We always do our absolute best to make sure that we cover everything that could happen during your consultation, however, color corrective services can be unpredictable until we start the coloring process. Especially services going from dark color or box color to blonde. These services often require several sessions to achieve your hair goals and unfortunately cannot fall under our 7 day guarantee. Fantasy colors may last anywhere between 3-6 shampoos. Due to the high level of fading with these services, proper aftercare and aftercare products are required. We cannot guarantee any fantasy color services once they leave our salon. Expect to be in the salon every 4-6 weeks for a color refresh. These services require regular salon visits and can be very high maintenance. We can always mix up a color refreshing conditioner for you to refresh your color at home! 


Product returns:

If you happened to pick up a product from us that just doesn’t work for you, never fear! We always accept exchanges for another product of equal value within 30 days of purchase. If the value of your new product is less than your original product, we will gladly give you store credit. We do absolutely no monetary refunds.


Parking:

We have street parking available on Summit St. and surrounding streets.  Please read signs as there may be exceptions. We also have a parking lot located directly behind the salon that we share with Evolved Body Art. Please do NOT park at Used Kids Record Store, you may be towed. All areas are park at your own risk!
