Vanessa - Tier 4 Stylist- She/Her
Tier 4 Stylist/Intern Coach
Vanessa has been a passionate stylist for 20 years. She takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and client care. Once you are in her chair, you are a part of the Rendezvous family. She specializes in advanced blonde techniques, fantasy color, and low maintenance; lived in cuts and color. She is certified in hand tied and tape-in hair extensions, and has taken extensive training in multiple cutting and coloring techniques. She utilizes techniques such as balayage, foilayage, babylights, teasylights, and traditional foiling to make your hair dreams a reality. She doesn't believe that any hair technique is one size fits all and she will completely customize color services for each individual guest. She has experience in high fashion runway, and editorial work, however, her passion lies behind the chair working with her guests, and educating fellow hairdressers. She loves all transformations big or small, and will work within your comfort zone to achieve the hair of your dreams. She will always take time and care to educate her guests on maintaining their hair investment at home + keep their hair in optimal condition at all times. She believes that time spent at the salon is important self care and she will go above and beyond to give her guests an incredible experience. Outside of the salon she is mom to her teen daughter, Marley.

Dakota- Tier 4 Stylist- She/Her
Tier 4 Stylist/Intern Coach
Dakota is a truly dedicated and passionate stylist, and she loves all of her clients deeply. She is incredibly passionate about not only hair, but catering to the queer community specifically for many years. She is as talented as they come and the loyalty her clients have with her is unparalleled. She is a fierce queer feminist, trans-inclusive, and will always stand up for what’s right. She has enough animals to start a petting zoo, and she loves long strolls at the dog park. She enjoys cheese, tacos, and avocado toast.

Erin - Tier 4 Stylist- She/Her
Tier 4 Stylist
Erin has been a stylist for over 20 years. Trends come and go but her main focus is transformations. Anything from creating bangs to large changes in color can change your life. Making her clients feel confident and beautiful is always her ultimate goal. Working with all textures from wavy to super curly are always welcome in her chair. She has had a lot of continuing education that always helps take her career to the next level. She is a DevaCurl certified stylist and has even worked with Arrojo Studios and Bumble and Bumble in NYC.
She is proud of being a stylist at Rendezvous Hair Salon because of how inclusive the space is. We are a safer place salon and are heavily involved in the LGBTQIA+ community. She is here to stay and loves making art and bringing confidence to people’s lives.
Audrey - Tier 4 Stylist- She/Her
Tier 4 Stylist
Audrey has a strong passion for her clients and craft. She loves doing vibrant fantasy color as well as beautiful natural color. Audrey loves helping her clients find a style that is uniquely their own. She loves reading, tea parties, and adventures. In her own words, "I love Rendezvous. Every time I came in as a client I had a great time and left feeling beautiful, powerful, and loved. Now, I feel so fortunate to work at Rendezvous and to help others feel the way I did. I want all of my clients to feel welcomed, valuable, and important. I am here to help you achieve your hair dreams." Audrey is patient and would rather listen than talk, but, she is also feisty and fiercely loyal. Her shears are her wand, and she will make you feel magical.
Jess - Tier 4 Stylist- She/Her

Think your really sweet but really cool girl next door. This colorful, queer babe loves creating art while helping people feel like their best self. She loves doing all kinds of hair but says if she HAD to choose, she’d say her favorites are short/edgy cuts, shags and mullets, big transformations, all the fantasy and rainbow colors, as well as balayage and blondes. Ok, she can’t choose. She really just wants to see you in her chair so she has a chance to make your day.
Amanda - Tier 4 Stylist - She/Her
Tier 4 Stylist/Intern Coach
Amanda lives, eats and breathes hair. She has been licensed since 2012 but her love for hair goes way back to her high school scene days of coloring hair in the parents bathroom. Now she specializes in precision haircuts, and custom/intricate and fantasy color placement. Amanda loves to create very textured, short styles where she can utilize all of her collective skill and tools of the trade. Pixies, undercuts, and bowl cuts are her very favorite.
With long hairstyles, she loves shags and mullets. If you show her a photo of a scene, Jrock Star, or anime character, she will absolutely slay it for you!
As far as color, Amanda lives her life in RAINBOWS. ^.^
She also excels in color correction, all over blonding, tape-in extensions, and fantasy color Locs.

Puck - Tier 3 Stylist- They/Them

Meet Puck, (they/them) your local enby, queerdo, charmingly chaotic hairstylist.
Their interest in hair coloring and cutting started about 15 years ago as a teenager. Fast forward to 2015, when they decided to tour the Aveda Institute Columbus on a whim, and immediately enrolled the next day.
They now been licensed for a little over three years, and have really settled into their love for all things unconventional, alternative, and off the wall when it comes to hair. Some of their specialties are clipper designs, short hair cuts, rainbow hair, and mullets/shags! You have an idea for a haircut without a name? Maybe a bowl cut / faux hawk hybrid? They've got you! They love all things strange and challenging.
Another thing they are extremely passionate about is gender affirming haircuts. As someone in the community, they feel privileged and honored to be a part of the process of making sure your hair is tailored to EXACTLY how you feel most empowered presenting. Gender euphoria abound!
With all that being said, if you know how to do the funky stuff you’ve gotta have a good handle on the classics, right? Highlights? Balayage? Base retouches? Bobs? They'd love to take you on too! Really, at the end of the day, their main priority is creating beautiful pieces of art you get to wear around all day every day. No matter how subtle or loud.
Make an appointment with them and their personal guarantee is that you will receive extremely direct, thorough, and a detail oriented service. They will also do their best to make you laugh, feel at home, and if you give them the chance, they'll talk your ear off about astrology (sagittarius sun/capricorn moon/libra rising, It wouldn’t be them if they didn’t find a casual way to sneak this in at the end haha)
Pinky - Tier 3 Stylist- She/Her

This is Pinky, also known as Jessica Nagel.
She came into this existence in what is now the dining room of her parents home located near the OSU campus. In 2007she attended the Aveda Institute Columbus for Cosmetology. She's done hair styling for shows all around Columbus: HIGHBALL HALLOWEEN, Fashion Rocks the Cure, CMH Fashion week, DRAUMA, AND TRAUMA.
Her favorite thing about doing hair is making people feel good. It's really self gratifying but what can we say? If she can lend a hand in making anyone love themselves, she has found her purpose in this life. Along with humans, she also loves animals, insects, rocks, plants, and creatures. She finds many things inspiring, like: Nature, The Universe, cartoons, music, movies, a beautiful sunset, garbage and Science. She enjoys reading YA Science Fiction/Fantasy and watching YouTube. When she's not working she is likely kickin' it with her partner Kyle and their cat Matt and doggy Buffy.The limit of times she could watch The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring does not exist. ✌🏻💛🙂
Anna - Tier 2 Stylist - She/Her

Anna has been a part of the beauty and salon industry for 6 plus years as an advanced cosmetologist. Graduating and obtaining her education through Ohio state school of cosmetology where she later taught as an educator/instructor.
Her greatest passion is helping her clients truly express themselves and connecting with her community. Her mission is not only to do Rockin hair but to make the hair and beauty industry a safe and fun place for all people. Anna specializes in waxing, advanced color techniques, crazy transformations, color correction, tape in extensions and various hair cutting techniques. She is best known for her impeccable communication with all of her clients and tailoring every appointment to their needs. She was born in Houston Texas and has lived there off and on a lot of her life but chose to lay down roots here in Ohio. Her favorite band is The Cranberries, she’s a horror movie junkie, and she’ll never say no to a good slice of pizza.
Brittany - Tier 3 stylist - She/Her

Brittany is all about a transformative experience with her clients. She strives to make sure you feel confident with your look and your at home styling routine. She specializes in blonding, color correction, fantasy colors and extensions. These include babylights, teasylights, balayage, foilayage and global lightener.
A little about her personally; she is originally from Houston, TX and moved to Cincy about 6 years ago. She just moved to Columbus recently and is always looking for fun recommendations like festivals and restaurants! She plays lots of video games and watches lots of shows but she also goes camping to disconnect and read.
Jenna - Tier 2 Stylist - She/Her
Tier 2 Stylist
Jenna became a hairdresser because her life’s passion is the art of self expression. Beauty is an art and it looks different for everyone. Helping others achieve the look of their dreams is her goal. Jenna likes doing cuts and colors but is especially passionate about hair cutting and loves to work with all lengths and textures. All weird ideas welcome. Another big passion of hers is helping queer folks on their gender journey and giving gender affirming cuts and colors. Jenna wants her chair to be a safe space for all people but especially for Neurodivergent friends. Please let her know of any sensory sensitives you have so she can do her best to make it a comfortable, stress free experience.
Dani- Nail Artist- She/Her
Nail Technician
Dani is licensed nail technician who has been passionate about everything from nail health to trending nail art for over ten years. She is certified in both Erica’s ATA E-File dry manicures and Luminary Nail Systems. Dani specializes in natural nail services and gel extensions. She is open to many different styles of nail art and has a pretty impressive glitter collection. Dani currently is working with Luminary nail systems, Apres gel x extensions, The Gel Bottle colors, and Erica’s ATA E-File manicure bits so every step of your service will utilize high-quality products!
Dani is a mom of two kids, and the owner of one very spoiled rabbit. She’s a bookworm, home baker and sometimes painter. Don’t hesitate to ask for book or bakery recommendations because she had plenty! TIERS
There are several different levels of education within any tier at any given time. Our tiers are based off of length of experience AT Rendezvous. Each tier has its own price point. Stylists at Tier 1 will have the lowest price point, while Tier 4 stylists will have the highest. Your cost of services can always be determined during your complimentary consultation. We do not quote any prices via phone. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Our Intern stylists are currently enrolled in our intensive internship program. This is a program that is a learn at your own pace educational experience. We typically see our stylists complete the program in a 6 month period, however, for some, it may take a bit longer to hone those skills and feel confident in working with the general public. This program has several stages that are imperative to the stylists success at Rendezvous.
