AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING COVID19 PROTOCOL AND POLICY: UPDATED 02/24/2023


COVID19 GUIDELINES//RENDEZVOUS HAIR SALON


Your upcoming salon experience is important to us. Please continue to support the health of other guests and our staff while we continue our COVID19 procedures.


We will only offer walk ins by availability only, if you need an appointment with us, please schedule using our website or by giving us a call. Please practice patience with us as we navigate appointments. We currently do not typically have same day appointments available. So please plan in advance! Thank you for your patience, kindness, compassion, and understanding.


By scheduling an appointment with us, you are verifying that you are not displaying any symptoms of COVID19, and/or are not living with someone who is displaying symptoms of COVID19. Please ask yourself before coming to your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms. Fever/temperature, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste, or smell, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat.


We reserve the right to move, change, or cancel any scheduled appointments. In the event of an unexpected illness of your provider, your service may be canceled or your provider may be changed from who you were originally scheduled. In the event of a necessary service provider change we will do our best to notify you, but please keep in mind you may not be notified if it is a last minute change due to a service provider falling ill, or running behind in their day. We appreciate your understanding!


-If you are ill, please cancel your appointment up to 2 hours in advance. We don’t want to risk our staff or our other guests. If you are sick, we will waive all cancelation fees. No questions asked. In the event of no call/no show appointments, you will be charged 100% of your total service cost in order to reschedule. In the event of late cancelations that are not illness related, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.


-At this time, we do not always have someone at our front desk. Stylists will not only be taking care of their guests, but they will also be handling laundry, cleaning, and answering phones. So this means, if we are with a client, we will not be answering the phone. Please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. (Our team are actively returning calls multiple times per day in the order that they were received, please be advised that it may take between 24-48 hours for us to return all calls.



-Please come to your appointment alone, unless you are coming to an appointment scheduled for a child or someone you are caregiving for. Even though we are no longer social distancing, we have decided to maintain this policy because it helps to keep our environment less chaotic. When guests bring additional people to their appointments, it is distracting for not only the guest, but also the service provider and the rest of our team.


- Our waiting room accommodates only two guests. So again, please come to your appointment alone so that we can accommodate all of the guests that we have scheduled for our day.


-Due to COVID19 and the increased necessary supplies we need to operate, limited staff, and the supply/demand pricing that comes with that, we must continue to raise our prices. This is not an easy decision for us, but in order to stay in business and continue being a part of our community, a price increase is necessary. Individually, this increase will not be substantial, but as a whole, it makes a large difference when it comes to purchasing the necessary supplies we need in order to operate safely and securely.


We had a price increase effective in March 2023.


What are we doing to help keep YOU safe?.


We always have maintained an over and beyond standard of cleanliness within our salon. So some of the things we are doing may seem like overboard to our guests, but we want to make sure we all stay safe and healthy for years to come. We want to take some time to explain some of these policies to you so that you know we are taking OUR health and YOUR health extremely seriously.

We have now moved to an optional mask policy. We do have masks available if you feel more comfortable with us masked up! Please let your provider know if you would feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing a mask, we will be happy to accommodate you!


If you are over 60 years of age, have underlying conditions, or are pregnant, please let us know. We can make sure to schedule you during a low traffic time in the salon so that you have minimal contact with other guests. (Weekday mornings are the best times to have limited contact in our salon). 


We have upgraded our credit card processing equipment so that we may keep your card on file (encrypted of course!). This way, all future appointment checkouts can be 100% contactless.


We have all taken extra sanitization classes during the shutdown to maximize our cleanliness standards and make sure we are using all of our EPA/hospital grade disinfectants to their full potential.


If any of our employees feel ill or display symptoms of any illness, they will be asked to stay home from work until they are 100%. They will then be asked to get a COVID19 test to return to the salon. Even if that means we have to cancel appointments. Health over profit all day everyday.


If you do not have an appointment scheduled, but would like to come in to purchase products, feel free to come in anytime! Please note, we still have delayed supply/demand. If you are looking for something specific, we strongly suggest giving us a call before stopping by to make sure that we have what you need in stock. Some of our products may be out of stock, but a member of our team will be able to offer comparable suggestions that will suit your needs!


We have a monthly deep cleaning crew to clean all of the nooks and crannies of our space.


Any of these guidelines may be changed at our discretion at any time. If something isn’t working for us, we plan to change it to make it even better. Thank you so much for your cooperation and we appreciate your support!


As always, deposits and gift cards are non-refundable.
